Hydroloc™ Waterproof Technology:
Our patented waterproof technology is incredibly versatile, allowing us to make bags out of any combination of materials to get the optimum performance for every task or environment. Most waterproof packs are made of heat-sealed stiff, heavy materials, or require every needle hole to be sealed which is expensive, and limits the number of pockets or other features that can be added. We’ve used Hydroloc to create a range of products from full size waterproof back packs, to small padded waterproof camera cases.

The secret behind the process is the specially made Hydroloc liner that we sandwich between two other layers of fabric. We sew the outer bag with a material carefully selected for the intended application, and have the ability to add an infinite range of features such as pockets or daisy chain. The inner layer is also chosen to provide maximum performance and a broad range of pockets or other features. The 2 layers of fabric and the waterproof Hydroloc liner are then assembled and joined together at the top 1/4". Rolling the top down seals the bag, and has the effect of covering the only holes between the inside and outside of the pack. Hydroloc - Light, tough and versatile.
