defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace
any gear with a manufacturing defect for the lifetime of the product,
free of charge. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at
a reasonable charge.

Besides possibly messing up your day, you’ve been inconvenienced
by having to hassle with getting your gear repaired. So we try to
make it simple for you. We do ask that you take the following steps.
Please
wash any gear being returned for repair - if you return an unclean
item, we will contact you first and let you know the charge for
professional cleaning prior to repairing it or mail it back to you
for cleaning.

Number, and one of our service people will take down details of
what needs to be fixed. They will also let you know how to get the
item to us. Our repair charges, if an item is not covered by our
warranty, are extremely reasonable.
- Charges for shipping and insuring your package are your responsibility.
Please be sure to insure the contents of your package prior to shipping
as True North cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. Items
sent in for repair must have a Return Authorization Number and should
be shipped

Exchanges and Returns:
True North accepts returns and exchanges through the mail if purchased
directly from us. If a piece of True North gear fails to meet your
specifications or your expectations, we'll be happy to return or
exchange it for you.

We'll refund you the purchase price including sales tax but not
