I’ve always been drawn to the patterns behind how things work—and how they can work better. I earned my degree in Sociology at the University of Washington, choosing the field because of my interest in trends, connection points, and meaningful change. I began my career in the fashion industry, where studying trends and seeing what was coming next became part of how I approached planning, before moving into the outdoor industry and eventually finding my place at True North Gear.

As Director of Integrated Planning & Fulfillment, I support the teams that bring product, planning, inventory, and fulfillment together so dependable, lifesaving products get where they need to go. Working for a purpose-driven company is important to me, and I’m motivated by work that matters, thoughtful collaboration, and True North’s commitment to innovation, authenticity, and meaningful impact.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, trekking, gardening, a good board game night with friends and family, and getting lost in a good book.
