DragonWear® Community Statement on Facial PPE

At DragonWear®, the safety and well being of the workers we protect with our PPE remains our number one priority. We are following all safety and health recommendations as we operate as an Essential Business. We are processing and shipping orders upon receipt and continue to fully support our customers during regular business hours. Additionally, we have been increasing our efforts to produce greater inventory levels of FR facial protection for industry workers who are unable to wear masks made from non-FR materials. This provides customers who cannot always practice social distancing in their essential jobs with facial coverage options in compliance with industry regulations.

DRAGONWEAR PRODUCTS WORN IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Although specific DragonWear® products offer facial protection, these products are not intended to act as a replacement for medical-grade N95 masks. Please see our full statement on this below.

*On April 4th, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) released a statement that the general public should wear cloth facial coverings to help slow the spread of COVID-19. While a number of DragonWear® products provide full, or partial facial coverage with FR fabrics, these products are not intended to act as a functioning replacement for medical-grade N95 masks. If you choose to wear DragonWear® products in compliance with the cloth coverage recommendation from the CDC, we encourage you to still practice distancing and other recommended safety guidelines. DragonWear® does not produce head and facial protection products that prevents the spread of illness, disease, and viruses.
