Planning & Production

Our job is to make sure we have the right products at the right time; which includes everything from the thread to the finished product. Putting actual inventory on the shelves is created by analyzing the numbers and mixing in a little of our expertise, then working backward by breaking those numbers down into all the materials that are needed to create each product. Add in all the common parts and factor in the lead time and we have the inventory on hand to schedule the next phase; production. Our production partners then bring the process full circle with the cut and sew of the final products, doing their best to quickly and efficiently put together each product with an eye on maintaining high quality standards. With all these moving parts completed, our gear arrives and is placed on our warehouse shelves – ready to keep our customers as protected and comfortable as possible
